E+E moisture in oil sensors meet the highest requirements of a wide range of applications. The devices measure water activity (aw) and oil temperature (T) and calculate the water content (x) in parts per million (ppm).

High-end Device for Reliable Oil Condition Monitoring

The EE360 can be employed in oil up to 180 °C (356 °F) and 20 bar (290 psi). The multi-functional display shows all measured values simultaneously and facilitates configuration and adjustment of the transmitter. The built-in data logger stores 20.000 values per measurand and shows them as graph on the 3.5” TFT colour display. With the optional ball valve set the probe can be mounted and removed without process interruption.

EE381 – Compact Moisture in Oil Sensor / Switch

The Professional Monitoring Solution in a Compact Design

The EE381 is suitable for inline mounting. The transmitter body can rotate 360° relative to the front end. This ensures optimal readability of the LC display and positioning of the cable outlet independent of the mounting position.

The EE381 version with two relay outputs is ideal for control and alarm purposes.

The Space-Saving Solution for the Most Demanding Applications

The compact design and IP65 stainless steel enclosure allow a space-saving installation of the EE364 for inline oil condition monitoring.

The measured values are available on two 4-20 mA outputs and a Modbus RTU interface. The analogue outputs can be individually scaled and configured.

The Ideal Tool for Reliable Offline Oil Condition Measurement

The OILPORT 30 handheld meter is dedicated to portable monitoring of moisture and temperature in industrial oils.

The user can store up to 10 sets of oil specific parameters in the hand-held to be used for accurate calculation of the water content in certain oils.

The short oil probe is ideal for testing oil samples, while in-line monitoring can be carried out with the pressure-tight probe (up to 20 bar/290 psi).

Together with the optional ball valve, the pressure-tight oil probe can be installed and removed without interruption of the oil flow.

EE300Ex – Moisture in Oil Sensor for Explosion Hazard Areas

The Professional Measuring Device for Intrinsically Safe Applications

The EE300Ex is dedicated for use in explosion endangered environment up to zone 0 / 20 (Division 1).

Mounting and removal of the probe without process interruption is possible with the optional ball valve set up to 20 bar (290 psi). The probe with cut-in fitting allows moisture in oil measurement with pressure rating up to 300 bar (4351 psi).

The EE300Ex can be used for humidity and temperature measurement in air as well.
